As suspected back in January, Rogers Wireless have announced an update to their Communicate Value Pack that includes unlimited on-device mobile browsing for selected handsets.  Priced at $20 a month, the add-on not only includes all that internet goodness, but 2,500 outbound SMS and 1,000 outbound MMS messages, caller ID, recent call history and voicemail.  Pundits are viewing it as the next step on Rogers’ long journey to offering the iPhone on their network.

Of course, “selected handsets” rings alarm bells for smartphone owners, and sure enough BlackBerry and Windows Mobile devices - as well as PC data cards - are subject to a different, likely more expensive plan.

Apparently an unlimited-data-only add-on is also available, although prices for that are yet to be revealed.
