On way to Brazil are the music-centric phones from Samsung the M2310 and 2710. Like the M7600 BeatDJ, these models have music dedicated buttons.

The models seem to be very simpler to the BeatDJ. For the most part in the appearance. Known specifications for the M2710 slider phone (above left) include GPRS/EDGE, 3.5 mm headphone jack, Bluetooth,FM Radio,”Mobile Tracker” which tracks down the phone if lost or stolen, 2 MP camera, MicroSD and Accelerometer. At this point, it is unknown if the handset will have 3G connectivity.

The clamshell M2310 (above right) includes GPRS/EDGE, FM Radio, Bluetooth, Music dedicated button and Mobile Tracker. There is limited information about the specifics of the models at the moment. From this, there is not a great deal of difference between the M2710 and M2310 (other than slide vs. clamshell). More information will be released when we find it!
