Samsung announces world’s thinnest watch phone

In theory, a watch phone sounds pretty cool. What better way to keep you phone handy than to put it on your wrist, right? The reality is that I don’t know many people who wear watches anymore thanks to the cell phone and I have to wonder how long the thing would last if you wash your hands frequently.

I mentioned a while back that the LG watch phone might be coming to the US. Samsung has now announced its own watch phone called the S9110 and it is being hailed as the world’s thinnest watch phone.

The thin watch has a Lilliputian 1.76-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth, voice recognition, and can synchronize with Outlook. Other features include a speakerphone and a music player. The S9110 is said to be coming to France this month for 450 Euro.
