Lately T-Mobile has been really ramping up its visibility. The company was first to offer Android and then it doubled the number of retail outlets its devices were offered in by aligning with RadioShack for retail sales.

Samsung and T-Mobile announced today that the Gravity 2 is now available for users looking for a budget slider. The Gravity 2 has a numeric keypad and a QWERTY keyboard and it will sell for $29.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate. I hate rebates; they should just set a price and make it easy on all of use. They hope we will forget to send them in, which I usually do.
The device will be offered in metallic pumpkin and berry mauve colors otherwise known as orange and pink. The device works on the HSPA/UMTS network and features A-GPS and a 2MP camera. It’s not that impressive of a device and its best attribute will be the cost.
