I have an Instinct, but my spouse has the Touch Pro..... so many problems. Someone that works in the Sprint store told me the Touch Pro is worse phone to buy & he wouldn't recommend purchasing. I have never had a better phone absolutely love the Voice Command, can ask my phone to dial any number in my contacts or even give it a number and it reacts and executes with no issues. Additionally Voice Command with GPS turn by turn has works beyond my expectations better than my tom-tom as far as I am concerned. I highly recommend this phone, go to Best Buy to purchase it for only a $79.00 upgrade cost, Sprint sells it for $229.00 with a $100.00 mail in rebate which makes no sense that a retail store can sell it for cheaper than Sprint can sell it.
