It seems like these phones were out and about at the same show the shots of the U800, i900, and L870 were came from. Starting with the M620 you get a slider form factor coupled with sleek silver w/ black accents design, a 262k color LCD screen, a VGA camera, and A2DP Bluetooth profiles; it also has an integrated FM radio.
The B510 would be the slightly lower end version of the M620, dropping the camera and lowering the screen down to a CSTN capable of about 65k colors. It does however appear a bit less fashionable and a lot more professional in appearance.
The Samsung B300 is a clamshell phone is a lower end mobile featuring a seemingly ancient dual-band GPRS chipset. This phone will still be capable of SMS and MMS messages but will be targeted at pre-paid phone users, not those adding a handset with a contract plan. The other two mobiles are Tri-Band GSM in comparison.
No suggestion of release date nor expected pricing from Samsung yet.
