To coincide with the launch of the new BlackBerry World, Slacker is releasing an updated Radio App. For BlackBerry Smartphones, the app now offers song lyrics and bluetooth support.
Slacker, Inc. today announced the availability of a new version of the Slacker Radio application for the BlackBerry Bold, BlackBerry Curve series, BlackBerry Pearl series, BlackBerry Pearl Flip and BlackBerry Storm smartphones from Research In Motion (RIM). With the release comes new features including viewing song lyrics, creating custom stations based on specific songs and Bluetooth support. The Bluetooth option brings compatibility to stereo headsets, car kits and other Bluetooth peripherals.

Viewing complete song lyrics is available only to Slacker Radio Plus subscribers. Free Slacker Basic radio listeners will be able to preview song lyrics.
