Our sister publication SlashGear has been busy this week already posting up reviews of three new phones form HTC including the Imagio, Pure, and Touch2. We already know the features of these three handsets, so I will stick with the final impression here. Hit up the links above for the full reviews.

The verdict on the Windows Mobile 6.5 Imagio is that the device doesn’t claim to be an iPhone killer. It is a decent business device with media features you want between meetings. The Pure wasn’t as well liked as the Imagio. The device is cheaper than the Imagio, and that seems to be its biggest selling point. The Pure appears to be decent, but there are better phones out there.
Finally, the HTC Touch2, also running WinMo 6.5 is on the test bench. The phone is notable for its simplicity and described as a “surprisingly pleasant device.” The handset could use a larger display, but it is smaller than other devices making it more portable. The device is cheap enough that it could end up being offered for free in Europe.

This is the the lamest excuse for a review. It is more like a bullet list with some of the most vague descriptions ever. I showed the IMAGIO to an iPhone user and he was dumbfounded. Please actually do something instead of summarizing someone else’s hard work.
Doug, this is not a review, but a link to a review on our SISTER SITE SlashGear. If you read the site much you will see that the author of the review linked contributes here too.
