The new W595 Cosmopolitan Flower Edition from Sony Ericsson will be available in selected countries of Western Europe from March 2009. The “Flower power” theme comes with a few little extras to celebrate spring.

The phone is basically a  flowering version of the W595. The Cosmopolitan Edition includes gorgeous floral motifs across the back and face of the phone. Inside, the phone is packed with five songs for use for ring tones, or just to listen to. The accentuate your W595, the edition also comes with a cute floral charm. Personally, this extra would be living with my keys and not off the phone (it is a paranoid screen-scratching thing).

As a version of the W595, you can come to expect a 3.2 megapixel camera and excellent music facilities. With a range of entertainment tools, storage and connectivity options the W595 comes close to having it all. Able to perform with up to 9 hours talk time (depending on your network) and up to 16 days standby. I like the look of this phone, it is nice to see one that puts both function and aesthetics together into an attractive device. I can see this costing more than the plan price however, cause now I’m off to buy matching shoes!
