Sony Ericsson has been taking a beating in the current global economy with massive losses and the inability to offer handsets that consumers want to purchase. The company is trying to make its handsets more popular though and has changed to a more open storage format with microSD rather than M2.

The second Windows Mobile device from Sony Ericsson, the Xperia X2, is rumored to be showing up tomorrow. A leaked press invitation to an event tomorrow has been seen leading to the speculation. The new handset is expected to run Windows Mobile 6.5.
Other features have been leaked previously and include a 3.5-inch OLED screen 512MB of RAM, an 8.1-megapixel camera, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. We could see other devices introduced at the show as well, we will just have to wait until tomorrow to find out exactly what Sony Ericsson has to show.
