Bluetooth headsets all pretty much offer the same features. You are likely to get noise reduction features and other features no matter the brand you buy. Sound ID says that its 400 Bluetooth headset offers features not found elsewhere.

The Sound ID 400 has PersonalSound that allows three different presets to make hearing conversations easier without having to turn the headset volume up. The headset also has an Environmental mode that allows the user to hear with both ears without removing the headset.
Presumably the feature uses the mic on the 400 to pick up outside sounds and let the user hear them. The headset can also be paired with a CompanionLink remote mic that can be placed near someone who is speaking allowing the wearer to hear the person better, sort of like a hearing aid. The Sound ID 400 will ship in Q4 for $129.99 and the remote mic will sell for $79.99.
