I hope they throw the book at him. We just got back from Tokyo and spent a week in Japan. We noticed that they just don't have those rude people that talk talk talk loudly around everybody. On the train if they use the phone, they go to the ends of the cars so everybody doesn't have to hear. On the plane from Houston a lady was jawwing after they told everybody to turn off equipment, she continued on while they were doing the flight instructions, then finally the attendant tapped her on the shoulder while everybody was staring at her.
