According to an anonymous Engadget tipster, this blurry handset is an upcoming Sprint PTT model, only using the Qchat service rather than iDEN.  Not much is known about the device, only that the display is around the same size as that found on the LG Muziq and that, in general, the two handsets “feel similar”.

Qchat is a push-to-talk service, developed by Qualcomm, that runs over an EVDO data network and promises sub-second latency; the chip manufacturer gave the technology to Nextel, pre-Sprint-takeover, as encouragement for a CDMA contract.
