Sprint have launched an Unlimited Access Pack offering subscribers unlimited voice calls, SMS, mobile web, email and picture mail for $119 (before tax) a month; however, for the moment the package is only available in the San Francisco, Philadelphia, Tampa, and Minneapolis-St. Paul markets.

It’s seemingly a response to Helio’s unlimited plan, although that still undercuts the Sprint offering thanks to a recent price-chop to $99.  The Helio plan is also more smartphone friendly, with Helio Ocean owners allowed to subscribe, whereas Sprint smartphones require a specific Power Vision pack or BlackBerry data plan.

The Unlimited Access Plan is only available in Sprint stores or over the phone.
