Sprint is working hard to get more customers to come to its network. The mobile company landed the exclusive Palm Pre deal for the first several months of its availability, but the device is by most accounts failing to draw new customers to the sprint network.

Sprint has announced that it is expanding its referral rewards program and is making it the most lucrative program offered by any mobile provider. The program gives customers the chance to earn a $50 Visa Gift Card per referral with up to 12 referrerals allowed per year.

Once switched to Sprint the new customers will receive their own $25 gift card from Sprint. The promotion is running now through October 31, 2009. The program also includes referrals for customers who sign up for mobile broadband cards as well as voice lines.
