Sprint is adding new handsets at a furious pace in an attempt to throw more handsets at the problem of dwindling subscriber numbers. Sprint has historically suffered from a lack of compelling handsets and more choice is always good for customers.

Sprint’s latest handset called the HTC Touch Pro2 is now officially available on the Sprint network. The handset can be purchased in retail stores and on the Sprint website. The Touch Pro2 is the flagship business oriented smartphone from HTC.

The device runs Windows Mobile 6.1 and has a full QWERTY keyboard and several other features. The handset has a 3.6-inch WVGA resolution touchscreen and sports a 3.2MP camera with autofocus. Sprint sells the Pro2 for $349.99 after a mail-in rebate and new agreement.
