It has already been announced that T-Mobile would be creating their own App Store, much like Apple’s App Store. However, at CTIA, the carrier has made known a few of their plans for entering the app store market.

Free and paid apps will be made available right at the store’s launch. However, both Android and Sidekick apps will not be allowed. Next week, the developer agreement is expected to hit T-Mobile’s website. Interested developers can expect a 50/50 split for revenue, though this can increase or decrease depending on various factors such as providing ample customer service.

Don’t expect anything fancy at first though. Apparently, there won’t be an API, so that means no integration with built in handset programs like GPS, Camera, Contacts, etc.
