T-Mobile re-released the Sidekick ID without any explication. This is a perfect opportunity for those who missed out the first time around to get a new one.  Customers can now purchase the once discontinued handset from the T-Mobile website for only $50 when you sign a two year agreement.

Taking a look at the specs listed for the Sidekick ID, nothing has really changed. Our guess is that it wont be listed for very long, T-Mobile is probably just selling it for a limited time to get rid of any remaining inventory they may have. The catch is that the offer is for online orders only. While $50 may seem like a good deal, the Sidekick 2008 has much more to offer for only $100 more.
