T-Mobile is probably most well known as the provider of the first Android smartphone to hit the market, the G1. Since the introduction of that handset T-Mobile has also announced the myTouch 3G and today it is announcing another new handset.

Today marks the official launch of the new HTC Touch Pro 2 in America. The device will ship in mocha finish on August 12. The phone will operate on the T-Mobile 3G network and will support Wi-Fi connectivity as well.
Other features of the phone include GPS, a 3.6-inch touchscreen with a sliding and tilting QWERTY keyboard. The tilting action of the screen positions it for email and text use. The handset uses the latest version of TouchFLO 3D interface integrated into windows Mobile 6.1. The handset also supports stereo Bluetooth. SlashGear has already reviewed the device and it is up on the website now.
