Finally, all the rumors have been confirmed! T-Mobile US launched BlackBerry Curve 8900 today. The phone will cost you $199.99 after mail-in rebate and a two-year contract, but you can purchase the phone without contract for $499.99.
According to the BlackBerry News, just like the launch of the BlackBerry Storm on Verizon, the shipments have been limited to 5 per location, while the additional 8900s should be arriving in stores later this week.
The BlackBerry Curve 8900 (previously known as Javelin) is the thinnest and lightest full-QWERTY BlackBerry smartphone.
Lacks the 3G, this handheld combines quad-band EDGE support with built-in Wi-Fi and GPS, a 512 MHz next-generation processor and a dazzling 480 x 360, high-resolution display. This device is also equipped with a 3.2 megapixel camera, auto focus, digital zoom and flash.
