Just once, I wish we could get some leaked photos of a smartphone that wasn’t taken by a leakster so excited to be leaking something that they couldn’t take a decent pic. I mean, it’s not that hard to not take a blurry shot.

The latest blurrycam pic of a new smartphone is of the T-Mobile Touch Pro2. The device is a slider with a screen that kicks up for easy viewing while you text on the horizontal keyboard. The keyboard actually looks pretty good to me.

The device is said to be hitting stores on August 12 with pricing said to be $299 on contract. That seems too expensive to me, the iPhone is $199 as are most other high-end smartphones. If you want the device sans contract, expect to drop about $599.
