Motorola co-CEO Sanjay Jha has stated that the company is open to creating handsets running Windows Phone 7. Motorola previously stepped away from Windows Mobile in favor of Android.

AT&T has announced that it is getting the new Motorola BACKFLIP Android smartphone on March 7. The handset will sell for $100 and it is about time Android devices started coming to AT&T.

Google and the Chinese government are fighting over attacks on the Google network and censorship. Google announced today that it would postpone the launch of new Android handsets in China, presumably until the issues with the government are worked out.

A few years back, we saw that cool Morph concept from Motorola that was a phone that could be turned into different shapes. A new patent app has turned up covering tech that would change the UI and initiate shortcuts depending on what shape the phone was in. This sounds like the perfect UI for the Morph to me.
