A few sites are reporting this morning that they have uncovered new Sidekick code names, the Sidekick Gekko and the Sidekick Aspen. According to these sites, these are going to be new Sidekick models. There has not been any information leaked from the FCC, or other sources that would undeniably confirm the existence of such devices.

Microsoft just announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Danger Inc., a company which produces software and services for consumer handsets, most notably the T-Mobile Sidekick. No terms regarding the acquisition were announced at the press event here at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
