Samsung and Sprint's true successor to the original Instinct, the Samsung Dash SPH-M850, has made an appearance on the invisibleSHIELD site. Previously unseen, the Dash M850 bears the same GUI as the Instinct and Instinct s30, but with a new, sleeker body.

All those lucky people at Sprint get this cool little device called a MiFi personal WiFi router that uses a 3G cellular connection to connect laptops, iPhones, etc. to the internet. Verizon Wireless and Vodafone have officially announced the BlackBerry Storm, the touchscreen smartphone from RIM. C-Motech showed off the world's first dual mode WiMax EVDO USB dongle at CTIA Wireless 2008 and it's quite a versatile little bugger. In fact, the CMU-300 supports the WiMax standard of IEEE 802.16e-2005 and EVDO Rev A. HSDPA wireless networks are also included in on the support list. Sprint will be getting the HTC Touch Diamond in September, and is it ever chock full of features! With touch capabilities and the move to Sprint's CDMA network, we're sure to see plenty of built-in apps for greater functionality.

With unofficial ROM floating around the Internet, this might not be interesting news to some of HTC Touch on Sprint network, however none or less it is still newsworthy. Sprint and HTC have officially release a long waited Windows Mobile 6.1 ROM update. It is now available directly from HTC’s website.
