Nokia has unveiled the latest in its avant-garde Prism series of cellphones, the 7070 clamshell. While the typical Prism diamond shell may be present, the guts of the 7070 are altogether more mundane; running the Series 40 OS, two versions of the dualband GSM handset are planned (EGSM900/1800 and EGSM850/1900) with GPRS, email and 11MB of internal memory.

Connection ...

Does anybody really believe that capturing the youth market is as easy as changing a few spellings and missing out spaces? InfoSonics seem to; their latest handset, the i700, might look like a fat old Samsung slider but no, check out the name, this is a "verykool" cellphone indeed. Available in South America, the i700 is a quadband GSM phone with 2.2-inch ...

The best laid plans of mice and GPS manufacturers, eh? Anybody who has slapped down the $599.99 for the Dash Express - an in-car unit running OpenMoko's Linux-based OS that uses a WiFi/GPRS network to update with real-time traffic information and re-routing - will have to wait a little longer for their devices than expected. According to the official blog the ...

In brief, the Samsung Ace runs on Sprint’s fast EVDO Rev. 0 and 1XRTT network. Unfortunately it does not support Rev. A and while roaming abroad you’re only getting GPRS.
