If there is one thing that is similar among phone plans no matter what side of the pond you are on, it's that data plans are expensive. Sony's mylo 2 WiFi communicator, which went on sale back in January, has received its first software update. Version 1.100 is available now from the Sony eSupport website, and adds support for WMV files, the SHOUTcast widget and slots a 'Games' option into the home menu. There are also a number of "system stability" improvements, though they are not specified.
