Verizon released the LG Versa, a nice touch screen phone with a detachable full size QWERTY keyboard for easier messaging and web browsing. Verizon Wireless have brought the LG Versa to the online shelves. The device is available under a 2 year contract for the reduced price of $199 after a $50 rebate.

To an untrained eye, the LG Versa might be mistaken for the LG Dare. It's true that both phones have strikingly similar physical characteristics. However, the Versa is much more versatile thanks to a case outfitted with an external OLED display and more importantly a fully usable QWERTY keyboard.
