AT&T plan to begin HSPA upgrades to their 3G network this year, expecting to have completed the transition to 7.2Mbps technology during 2011. It's a lovely thing: the prospect of high speed Internet access while you're flying over the Atlantic. I know I want it on my iPhone, that's for sure. But up until now, that dream has yet to be truly fulfilled. Aircell hopes to change that.
