While the image is probably a placeholder (It's the LG Arena), the specs are still there. LG is capitalizing on the high end world phone touchscreen marker with the Opera TV.
The Arena's S-Class interface will likely come featured on the Opera TV, though no OS is listed.

Yes, it would be great if we can watch TV programs on the phones. A part from MediaFLO, a mobile TV system run by Qualcomm Inc (AT$T and Verizon Wireless already sell phones that are compatible with this and offer 10 channels for $15 per month), there is another mobile TV technology: "mobile digital TV".

Qualcomm wants to ensure some revenue in the U.K. as they have just acquired 40MHz of L band spectrum across the pond. The spectrum is prime for just about any technology. It is assumed though that Qualcomm will deploy its proprietary MediaFLO mobile TV service on the spectrum. This is of course if the European Union allows it.

As was expected, AT&T's Mobile TV service went live on Sunday. The service is now live in 58 markets, and is expanding. The technology is Qualcomm's MediaFLO, which runs on the 700MHz spectrum.
