Opera 9.6 was released today and it includes several new updates from the previous 9.5 version. In fact, the focus was on Opera Link, which provides for browser syncing that keeps your search engine settings and browser history in the "cloud" and Opera Mail, which now has low-bandwidth mode and other options.
