While the image is probably a placeholder (It's the LG Arena), the specs are still there. LG is capitalizing on the high end world phone touchscreen marker with the Opera TV.

Opera Mini, one of the world’s best mobile web browsers, continues to grow and impress us. In March 2009, more than 23 million people used Opera Mini and those users viewed more than 8.6 billion pages. I think global operators would love to know this: Opera Mini already served 148 million MB of data to handsets worldwide!

Norwegian Web browser developer Opera reports that their Java based Opera Mini mobile phone browser is in use by over 20 million phones in Russia and the CIS, showing a 160% growth since February of 2008. There was some speculation by Forbes earlier that the browser maker Opera might partner up with carriers to offer Opera Mini on new wireless devices. According to Forbes, there would have been an official announcement at the CTIA Wireless conference coming up in April.
