Mobile phone users in Mexico who have been waiting to get their hands on the Palm Pre will be glad to hear that Telcel will offer the handset starting on November 27. The Pre for Mexico will be the same GSM/GPRS/EDGE handset already offered in the US.

Smartphone users are a hard to please lot. Some that use an iPhone that only offers a virtual keyboard want a physical keyboard. Those using a device like the Pre with a real keyboard only want a virtual keyboard.

One of the big features of the Palm Pre that got many smartphone fans excited about the device was that it could sync with iTunes. I was rather surprised when Palm talked that feature up, I didn’t figure Apple would appreciate it synchronizing with iTunes.

Sprint sat new sales records when the Pre debuted last weekend. The launch wasn't on par with the epic launch of the iPhone, but neither Sprint nor Palm really expected massive lines. In some locations, there were lines of people waiting to get the Pre.
