T-Mobile has just released it's Q1 financial results and quarter summary. All in all, T-Mobile has enjoyed an encouraging quarter. They broke the 30 million subscriber mark, and have reduced overall customer churn. They achieved this by adding 981,000 new subscribers in Q1, and that is not including SunCom. Qwest and Verizon have reached a deal for Verizon to provide virtual network services for Qwest. The deal replaces Sprint as the provider, it was not stated why Qwest decided to drop them. T-Mobile is offering a new option for its prepaid customers. This new plan allows customers to pay $1 a day and get all the benefits of a post-paid contract.
