LG plans to launch a sequel to the moderately successful Shine, and the followup is aptly named the Shine 2. Specifications should be a 2.2-inch QVGA display, 2 megapixel fixed focus cam, Bluetooth 2.1, 3.6Mbps HSDPA and a microSD slot. The Great AT&T Flood of 2009: More Samsung phones

With a device that looks interestingly like the Tocco, Samsung is planning to launch the "Flexus" on AT&T. The device is a elongated slider with a pink styling, just like the S8300 Tocco Ultra Edition that I got my hands on earlier this year. That's where the similarities end however. Engadget dropped a freaking 5-megaton bomb worth of info today. It appears that someone at AT&T is trying to keep a healthy interest in the company in the midst of all of the Palm Pre fervor.
