In a press release by Microsoft, the news has got out that RIM and Microsoft have teamed up to provide Windows Live services to BlackBerry users. The main features that the partnership will bring are easy access to Windows Live Messenger, and better integration of Windows Live Hotmail on the BlackBerry platform.

It seems that everyones favorite upcoming BlackBerry device, the BlackBerry 9000, may have gotten a name. It is rumored that the device, is to be called the BlackBerry Bold. If you ignore the fact that it makes the device sound like some sort of berry flavored cigarette, it is kind of catchy if you say it a few times.
