Samsung has unveiled a couple new handsets called the S7070 and the S5150 that are aimed directly at ladies. The handsets have a girly design with lights and a quilted looking cover. There is no word on pricing or availability at this time.

That slick and sexy HTC HD2 handset can now be had for free over on Vodafone in the UK with a contract. The handset is a very nice device with a massive 4.3-inch screen. To get the device for free you need a £35 monthly plan.

Last weekend was the first weekend that the Motorola Droid was available to purchase on the Verizon network. Official sales figures are not available, but analysts predict about 100,000 Droids were sold opening weekend.
