Samsung SGH-i200 slim WM6.1 smartphone

Samsung have announced their latest Windows Mobile 6.1 smartphone, the SGH-i200, though from the look of it you'd probably think it was a typical candybar.  Measuring just 11.8mm thick, the triband GSM (900/1800/1900) handset has 3.6Mbps HSDPA (2100MHz), a 2.3-inch QVGA display and Bluetooth 2.0+EDR.  It's one of Samsung's first handsets to use the freshly updated Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard OS. continued »

AT&T Mobile TV service is up and running

As was expected, AT&T's Mobile TV service went live on Sunday. The service is now live in 58 markets, and is expanding. The technology is Qualcomm's MediaFLO, which runs on the 700MHz spectrum. 60 percent of cell phone users would vote via SMS in presidential election

An interesting poll recently completed by Samsung Mobile revealed that 61%, or about six out of every ten, mobile phone users polled would vote in presidential elections via SMS.
