TmoNews found some surveys that T-Mobile sent out to a few lucky customers. This survey is asking their opinion on potential names for the successor to the T-Mobile G1. Among the names are Sapphire, Magic, Dream, and others. They can't keep it simple with the logical succession of G2?

This is another HTC-made smartphone for T-Mobile's Android devices: the G2. Lacks the full QWERTY keyboard of the T-Mobile G1, but this phone maintains the touchscreen and trackball of the G1. Of course, slimmer, thanks to the absence of a slide-section.
Like its predecessor, the G2 also comes up with a 3.2-megapixel camera and high-gloss finish casing. No spec details available ...

As we just heard, there is a hot rumor on this week-end: the next Google Android-powered handset, the second HTC-built phone for the T-Mobile: the unconfirmed G2.
