The highly anticipated BlackBerry Thunder has made a roar today with shots of its glass 360×480 touch display (larger than the iPhone) running OS 4.7. Images of the media player leaked and Leona Lewis’s PR agent is now thoroughly congratulating himself on a job well done.

The media player will use a purchasing system in competition with iTunes and will play in vertical and landscape to better accommodate videos. The sterility of the images must be noted, and it is more than possible that these shots are renderings. So get excited, but don’t dance on the table or anything crazy.
