A young man living in Ghana met his fate after answering a cellphone while it was being charged. The reason as to how this horrible accident could have occurred is still a mystery.
His parents rushed into the room after hearing a heavy thud to find him unconscious on the ground, with burnt fingers. He was pronounced dead on arrival at near by hospital even though he had a weak heartbeat on the way there.
This is a sad thing to have happened to anyone, anywhere in the world. Thank goodness this doesn’t happen more often for all of our sakes.
This is a retelling of an internet myth that is several years old. First is started out that this happened a “few days ago”. Then it added that station WTAE ran a story on it (they never did). Then pictures were added. Now it is attributed as happening in Ghana. The wording of the story has not changed much over the years. http://www.snopes.com has already addressed this myth.
