Although that doesn’t mean it’s time to start getting excited because it’s still not necessarily coming soon.  However, that is one less hoop they have to jump through to get the phone out.

It also means if the phone gets delayed at any point we know exactly who the problem lies with, well pretty much anyone but the FCC.  Well, I suppose if they did try to pull a fast one and blame the FCC you could point out that a phone with the model number RAPH800 already was approved by the FCC.
