It is official, the Treo Pro will be coming to the stage via Sprints Mobile Broadband Network on March 15. The Palm phone “adds some new elements that make it even more powerful.”

This will be the first Palm phone available with Internet Explorer Mobile 6. Additional inclusions will be WiFi (802.11b/g with WPA, WPA2, and 801.1x authentication), GPS, full keyboard and 320 x 320 transflective color TFT touchscreen. Processing with Qualcomm Dual-Core MSM7501A at 528MHz, radio with Dual-band CDMA2000 EvDO Rev A, backward compatible with 1XRTT and IS95. Phone memory 512MB storage (300MB user available), 128MB RAM, microSDHC cards (up to 32GB supported).
Camera and entertainment wise, the Treo Pro has a 2.0 megapixel camera, up to 8x digital zoom and video capture firing out via 3.5mm stereo headset jack. The phone also supports Outlook email with Microsoft Direct Push Technology and HTML support. Manage your files with edit capabilities for Word and Excel documents, open and view PowerPoint, PDF and ZIP files. After agreements and rebates, the Treo Pro will be yours for $199.
