Formerly known as UTStarcom, PCD released the TXT8030 at the CTIA trade show. The phone is just that little bit more flexible than previous models.

The TXT8030 is a bar-style phone. What makes the model very unique is the yoga like twist available through the middle. The bend in the phone splits the functions available to the user. On one side of the bottom is an angled, full QWERTY keyboard for messaging, and on the other side is speakers and music control buttons.
The model is similar to that of PCD’s TXT8010 (when expanded). For the new TXT8030, it has a 2.2-inch screen, 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth 2.0, and support for 16GB microSD cards. It will be available in the third quarter.
