I got mine unlocked at http://www.cellfservices.com

I was a little scared to buy it online, but they always responded quickly with my e-mails. I think I sent them 5 e-mails and they sent me 5 back. We got all of that done in 20 minutes haha. By far the best customer service. They have the unlocking instructions available on their website and they e-mailed me video instructions too.

Using my Storm on T-mobile now :)

We just discontinued our service with verizon, THANK GOD. Anyway, I am wanting to put my BB storm on ebay to sell. I have not gone through any process of unlocking the phone. Is this something I should do before we sell the phone?? or do you think it is ok to sell it as it is. We have only had the phone for a few months, I'm just wondering if the new owner wants to unlock it, are they able to???
