Verizon comes in last in the Touch Pro race

Verizon Wireless is certainly behind the pack in getting the HTC Pro. The Verizon Wireless version of the Touch Pro is so very plain in comparison to the other carrier’s models. Now the Touch Pro can be purchased from all of the major US excluding T-Mobile carriers in one form or another.

One difference that you cannot see by looking at it is the more expensive price. Verizon Wireless is selling this handset for $419.99 including a $70 mail-in rebate with a two-year agreement. We personally would never pay this amount for the Touch Pro, especially when it is so cheap on other carriers. There is not much else different with this version other than cosmetics. Unfortunately they still do not show what the keyboard layout looks like.
