Verizon Wireless customers are now the first mobile users to be able to get Rock Band Mobile from EA. The game allows users to choose from bass, drums, vocals, and guitar just like the real game. The Verizon offering is the first time Rock Band has come to mobile devices.

The game offers players music from 25 different popular artists including Smashing Pumpkins, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and the Beastie Boys in MP3 sound quality. The game also gives players rewards as they progress and has quick play modes.

I wonder how the vocals work for the mobile game; do you have to sing into the phone? Verizon customers can get Rock Band Mobile by texting ROCK to 4263 on their phone. The game costs $3.99 monthly or can be purchased outright for $9.99.
