Owners of the LG Voyager should dash over to the nearest Verizon retail store for a firmware update. Make sure to call ahead just to be sure they have the update ready for ya’. I know everyone’s busy with work especially around holiday season where things are hectic.

The list of fixes and goes on and on. First to get fixed is the issue V Cast was having with memory cards 4GB and larger, the ability to reset V Cast Mobile TV app, better battery life, new enhancements to the Bluetooth for better audio quality, easier pairing and key notes.

There are also new HTML enhancements to the mobile web browser, the calculator now display a certain symbol from LG Joy font that it wasn’t. The number of steps needed to access the keyboard during a call has been reduced to one, and the one problem I hated the most was the auto lock where it doesn’t lock down the touch screen.

ESPN and Mobile IM apps now works on the external touch screen. It’s even possible to preview the actual picture taken and saved. Finally, maps.google.com doesn’t reset automatically when you visit it.
