Loading ...Mere days after we unboxed the new Sprint Blackberry Pearl 8130, Verizon have added a pink version of it to their “Next” page of upcoming handsets. Hardware specifications will be exactly the same as the silver model on that network, meaning 3G, BroadbandAccess Connect and Verizon’s Navigator system are all present and correct.
Key features include built-in GPS, a 2-megapixel camera with enhanced flash for pictures and video recording, external microSD / SDHC memory card slot, enhanced background noise, wind and echo cancellation, stereo Bluetooth support and 3.5mm stereo headset jack.
Obviously hoping to grab some of the Valentine’s-dollar, Verizon is rumored to be launching the pink 8130 on January 28th.

does anyone know if there is a PINK BLACKBERRY PEARL that takes a sim card and is unlocked???

verizon is on CDMA network, hence doesn’t use SIM card. It’s the same with Sprint and Alltel. Try AT&T or T-Mobile, they’re on GSM network.
