Verizon is offering several applications to help users get fit. Among the apps is Bones in designed to help with running, cycling, or walking. Diet Fitness Diary offers calorie, fat and protein counters that cover over 500 food items and a burn meter that has 40 different exercises.
The Pill Phone offers information on a variety of medications like dosing, side effects, interactions and photos of medication. Healthy Body AMA is an interactive guide that helps people get healthy with quizzes and a personalized exercise plan. All of the apps require a monthly subscription of $2.99 to $5.99 depending on the title.
