EngadgetMobile got a small scoop on the Verizon VX6900 Touch coming soon to a local retailer near you. It’s confirmed that Verzion’s XV6900 touch from HTC sports an integrated GPS unlike its Sprint and Alltel cousins. You’re going to be rocking on Verizon’s uber-fast EV-DO network all powered by Windows Mobile 6. If taking pics with a teeny-weenie camera phone is your thing, then the 2-megapixel camera all you baby.

Why in the world make the phone white? Ive been waiting for Verizon to finally release this bad boy and they made the freaking thing white. Unreal! They have a bunch of cool colors on HTC’s website, why go with white?

Give it time and they’ll be in different colors. Color choices are the big thing these days, they already have a few phones with color options. But yeah the white is terrible.

I didn’t like the fact that it was white either when I first opened the box. I was kind of surprised. I ordered it via phone and only saw a picture on their website.
I guess they are trying to make it look like the iphone.
After looking at some of the cool features, I could care less about the color.
I love the LIVE SEARCH software. I love the Weather option. I really am getting into this phone. I just wish there was a better tutorial. They give you two disks and they are all over the place. If you sign up for tethered modem service ($15/mo) you can use this as a modem for your laptop without having to be in a wiFi area.
So far so good.
WAIT - ONE OPTION THAT SUCKS!! No Get It Now so I can’t import my contacts from my old phone. Beware of that one.
