The update to the popular enV handset is coming tomorrow for Verizon. Though it is a common thought that the Voyager was the replacement for the enV, that is not the case. In actuality, this enV2 will be the upgrade. Some people have already gotten their hands on the device, as it was silently released to the public through customer service. The official announcement says it drops tomorrow.

The enV2 features standard affair mid range features. This is an advantage, as it keeps the price low, and gives subscribers the much sought after keyboard. The internal display is QVGA resolution. It has stereo speakers on the outside of the phone. It has a two megapixel camera, so not a departure from the original. It does have a revamped front display and keyboard layout.

Verizon customers can get in on the action starting tomorrow. The device is priced at $130 after rebates and a two year contract. Very reasonable when you consider what you get. It will be available online and in stores shortly after.
